Understanding state and Federal requirements for management of water relative to erosion control and sedimentation from water and storm water run-off are critical for project success.  Shield provides comprehensive training services to assist you in understanding and complying with these requirements.

Shield, in conjunction with North Carolina State University’s College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, recently conducted “How to Control Turbidity on Construction Sites” for over 30 participants.  This training, which was conducted at Shield’s Training Center, included discussion of Polyacrylamide (PAM) to reduce erosion, along with interactive exercises and practical in-field implementation of topics discussed.
