Shield’s O&M Team is managed by Professional Engineers with 20+ years of hands-on experience in the environmental and water/wastewater industry. Shield’s core group of O&M professionals and technicians have a combined total of over 50 years experience in O&M, design, equipment troubleshooting and other related services. Shield utilizes Grade I and II Physical/Chemical Water Pollution Control System Operators (NC), Grade IV Certified Wastewater Treatment Plant Operators (ND) and Level A Wastewater Treatment Plant Operators (SC).
