Water Resources

Shield offers the professional expertise needed to develop and/or improve all aspects of wastewater infrastructure including collection systems, pumping stations, force mains, wastewater treatment facilities and permitting. We maintain a working knowledge of state and federal agencies including their permitting and approval processes to promote rapid completion of an approved project.

Shield also offers professional expertise needed to develop and/or improve all aspects of both rural and urban water infrastructure including source development (surface water and groundwater), elevated storage, distribution lines, pumping stations, treatment facilities and permitting. As with wastewater projects, our close relationships with regulatory agencies promote rapid permit review and approval. Shield’s staff has the experience in designing and constructing various types and sizes of water systems.
