BIO:
Steven Lucas has more than 19 years of experience in environmental consulting. He specializes in spill management, claim investigation and environmental assessment, investigation and remediation, and he serves as the group manager for Shield’s Emergency Management service division.
Much of his work is related to the management and direction massive spills of petroleum and chemicals and hazardous waste on land and surface waters.
