BIO:
Greg Icenhour has more than 25 years of technical, business and management experience. He specializes in real estate transactions, chlorinated solvent assessment and remediation, with a special focus on the dry cleaning industry. Greg oversees Shield's Environmental Services Division and Shield's Brownfield Redevelopment Group.
He is the only environmental consultant in the U.S. to hold a Certified Environmental Drycleaner (CED) certification from the International Fabricare Institute (IFI), the national dry cleaning trade association.
Greg is also a commercial real estate broker in North Carolina, focusing on land acquisition and contaminated property redevelopment/transfers.
