BIO:
Greg Icenhour has more than 25 years of technical, business and management experience. He specializes in real estate transactions, chlorinated solvent assessment and remediation, with a special focus on the dry cleaning industry. Greg is a Registered Brownfield Professional (RBP) and oversees Shield's Brownfield Redevelopment Practice. Greg is currently Shield's Chief Marketing Officer, having formerly managed Shield's Environmental Services Practice.
He is the only environmental consultant in the U.S. to hold a Certified Environmental Drycleaner (CED) certification from the Dry Cleaning & Laundry Institute (DLI), the national dry cleaning trade association.
Greg is also a commercial real estate broker in North Carolina, focusing on land acquisition and contaminated property redevelopment/transfers.
