David Stoner has more than 22 years of geological and hydrogeological experience. He specializes in environmental hydrogeology, landfill compliance and site assessments, investigations and remediation.

He has managed million dollar lagoon/landfill closures, groundwater remediation, CERCLA and RCRA projects.
