Keith Anthony has more than 27 years of experience in civil and environmental engineering. He specializes in hazardous waste assessment and remediation; groundwater and soil assessment and remediation; landfill design and construction monitoring; wastewater pre-treatment design and permitting; methane assessment and remediation; hydrologic and hydraulic analyses; dam design; construction management; and technical training.
