BIO:

Jim Smith has more than 31 years of experience as an engineer and project manager. He specializes in the management and direction of multi-disciplinary projects, including screening studies, site selection evaluations, site assessments, facility designs, remedial action plans and permitting.

He’s recently managed project involving CERCLA, RCRA, facility siting, solid waste, natural resources, water resources and construction.
